Hi! We are MetaCube3D.

MetaCube3D started with a single printer and a simple idea: to help people make real things that work.

Based in Singapore, we work with individuals, designers, and businesses to bring ideas into the real world, through FDM, design refinement, and small-scale production.

The name comes from M³—meter cubed—a nod to the physical space we shape, one layer at a time.

Our Services

What we do most

3D Printing Services

Flexible or functional? Specialized in FDM, we can print in PLA, PETG, TPU, ASA, and even handle abrasive materials such as carbon fibre infused materials. We'll recommend what works best for your use case. Dimensional accuracy and print quality always come first.

From idea to print

Product Design and Prototyping

Got an idea but no 3D model? We can help translate concepts into printable parts and refine designs for functionality and manufacturability, especially if you’re planning to mass-produce later.

Make it real. repeatedly

Small Batch Production

Need more than a one-off? We offer low-volume production runs with consistent quality and fast turnaround. Great for early-stage product testing, market launches, or internal use.

THE MATERIALS WE TRUST, NOW AVAILABLE TO YOU

Filaments & Printer Supplies

We stock and use these materials daily in our own print farm - filaments, beds, nozzles, even spare parts. If it’s listed here, it means we’ve tested it, trust it, and know how to get great results from it.

If you're just getting started, we’re also happy to recommend materials or help you troubleshoot.

Why Our Clients Enjoy Working With Us

OUR COMMITMENT

We Think Before We Print

We don’t just run your file—we review it, check tolerances, and flag potential issues before printing. You’ll get suggestions if something looks off, because we care more about function than just hitting “go.”

our capabilities

Print Farm Ready

We run multiple printers daily — including Prusa and Bambu Lab — to handle both one-off parts and batch orders with consistent quality and quick turnaround. That means reliable results, even when we’re busy.

Each print is done in-house by someone who knows the gear, tweaks the settings, and genuinely cares how your part performs — not just how it looks.

our drive

We Actually Love This Stuff

This isn’t outsourced. You’re working with someone who’s testing materials, tweaking settings, and solving problems firsthand. We stay curious and keep learning, so every print gets a little better than the last.

Our Relationships

Clients Come Back

Most of our jobs don’t end at a single print. People return because we’re responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely invested in helping their ideas succeed—whether it’s a quick tweak, a repeat order, or something brand new.

NEED HELP?

FAQS

What types of 3D printing do you offer?

We offer both FDM and resin printing, depending on the level of detail and material strength your project needs.

I don’t have a 3D file. Can you still help?

Yes! We can help you design or modify parts based on sketches, references, or descriptions.

What’s the turnaround time?

Simple parts can be ready in 2–3 days. More complex jobs might take 5–7. We’ll confirm timing when you request a quote.

Can I print something just once to test it?

Absolutely. We do one-offs, prototypes, and low-volume runs—whatever works best for your needs.

How do I get a quote?

Just click “Get a Quote” and upload your file—or message us with your idea and we’ll guide you through.

Where are you based? Do you deliver?

We're based in Singapore and can arrange delivery or self-collection depending on what’s easiest for you.

🧩 Design + Print Process

What’s the process if I need both design and printing?

Design phase (about 1 to 2 weeks)
After you share your idea or sketch, we’ll create the 3D model. Most projects are completed within one to two weeks depending on complexity

Test print
We offer one test print for free to check fit and function. If design changes are made after that, additional test prints will be charged at a discounted rate.

Final print
Once approved, we print the final parts. With five printers running daily, production usually takes under a week depending on volume.

If you're in a rush, just let us know we’ll do our best to meet your timeline.

How is design work charged?

We charge $40 per design hour quoted upfront based on your idea and expected complexity. Most jobs take 1–3 hours. You won’t be charged extra if we go a bit over — unless there’s a major scope change. This gives you clarity and peace of mind from the start.

How much does it cost?

Pricing varies based on part size, material, number of plates, and filament swaps.

Simple prints (single plate, one color): $15–$25
Larger multi-part, or multi-color jobs: $30–$60+

There’s no minimum quantity, one part is fine.

Do you deliver?

Yes. We offer self collection in Singapore, local courier, and international shipping on request.

What kind of files can I send?

We accept STL, STEP, 3MF, OBJ, and F3D files. STL and STEP are best for most jobs, but if you’re unsure, just send what you have we’ll take a look.

Do I need to scale or prep my file first?

Nope, just make sure it’s at the intended size, or include any key measurements in your message. We’ll handle the slicing and printer setup on our side.

What if I don’t have a file yet?

No problem. Send us a sketch, screenshot, or photo of what you have in mind. We’ll help turn it into a printable design. (Design time is quoted separately.)

Yes, we print in TPU and similar materials. Just let us know the type of flexibility or softness you’re aiming for.

I’m not sure what material to use. Can you recommend one?

Absolutely. We’ll suggest a material based on your part’s function, whether you need strength, flexibility, or finish.

Can I request specific print settings like infill or layer height?

Sure! If you have preferences, we’re happy to follow them. Otherwise, we’ll choose settings based on performance and appearance.

How detailed can my part be?

FDM printing is suitable for most projects. For very fine detail, we’ll advise on what’s possible or suggest design tweaks if needed.
