✅ Step 1: Reach Out

Most clients contact us via WhatsApp or contact form.

• Send us your 3D file (STL, STEP, etc.)
• Or just share a sketch, photo, or short description of what you need

Either way, we’ll respond within 1–2 working days with feedback or a quote.

📐 Step 2: Review & Quote

If you have a 3D file:
We’ll check it for potential issues, confirm what’s most important to you (e.g. strength, surface finish, flexibility), and recommend settings and materials.

• Simple prints are often done in 12–48 hours
• You can request specific settings — or let us choose what works best
• Quotation is based on print time, size, materials, and complexity

If you don’t have a file:
We’ll help turn your idea into a printable model.
We’ll also ask for your rough budget — not to max it out, but to make sure we’re aligned and not wasting your time.

• Design work is $40/hour, quoted upfront
• You won’t be charged extra if we go slightly over
• We may offer 50% off if the design can be repurposed for our use in the future — we’ll let you know if that applies

🧪 Step 3: Test Print

Once your design is ready, we’ll do a test print to check fit and function.

• The first test print is free
• If revisions are needed, extra rounds are charged at a discounted rate

🖨️ Step 4: Final Print & Delivery

After approval, we move to final production. With five printers running daily, we can usually complete jobs within a week, depending on size and volume.

• 50% deposit to start
• Remaining due upon delivery (or full payment upfront, if preferred)
• Self-collection, courier, or international shipping available
